Phaco Fellowship Training in India for International Surgeons

As part of our phaco training initiative, we at JLR have trained many ophthalmologists in the last couple of decades by our senior consultants who provide an opportunity for observing and then for performing hands-on microsurgery. The course is structured to enhance the skills of the practicing fellow surgeon /ophthalmologist and provide them with a large volume exposure over a stipulated month-wise schedule.

Patient care is of prime importance to us, and we ensure that the prospective visiting fellow has constant interaction & supervision of our consultants, to ensure that the objectives of the visiting fellow are fulfilled, and their skills are well developed.

During the fellowship, the visiting fellow will be exposed to various phaco machines, multiple foldable IOL’s, live surgeries and the pre-operative and the post-operative procedures critical for the patients.
